USPA NEWS - Technicolor has announced an exclusive contract with distributor Dutch FilmWorks to provide media services through MediAffinity their collaborative digital asset management and workflow solution.
"We chose Technicolor for its proven ability to deliver and service to the world´s largest companies.
Dutch FilmWorks the largest independent film and home entertainment distributor in the Netherlands, will include tape and file-based ingest, asset storage and management for metadata and subtitles, compression and authoring, subtitling and delivery to eleven platforms, including iTunes.
The distributor is a long-standing Technicolor partner, with the MediAffinity agreement being an extension of the existing Technicolor Home Entertainment Services contract for disc replication and distribution.
